It's been awhile...

I know it's been too long since I've blogged, but with the holidays and sick kids and a sick husband (which is worse than sick kids) I've gotten really, really behind.  I wanted to blog today to share the links to some of the materials I've been working on for Unit 3 of the CCGPS - A High Opinion of Animals.  I've may not have been blogging, but I've been making TONS of resources to use for this framework.  I hope that you will find it helpful if you are implementing them in your classroom as well!  I like to have a variety of activities to go along with the unit I'm teaching and so these help me do that!!  There are Fresh Reads, ABC Order, Rhyming Words, Antonyms, Synonyms, Fix-it Sentences, Counting Syllables, Naming/Telling Parts of Sentences, Graphic Organizers, and more!

Also, if you are looking for a comprehensive packet for the whole unit - Unit 3 (A High Opinion of Animals) - you can check out my great friend Michele's links below!  I also added a couple links for other activities she's made for the unit as well.  She's an amazing teacher and has been my rock for the past couple of years.  She's made me grow and taught me better ways to do things.  She listens and gives great feedback for my many ideas and is HONEST, which is refreshing. If it's crappy, she says it!!  LOL  Anyways, check it out and see if it's something you could use!  Her blog button is here on my page if you want to visit!  She's the proud blog master of The Lightbulb Lab!

Since I'm still new to this I couldn't figure out how to put pictures with everything, but I'll keep learning and do better next time!  Have a wonderful day and I hope to see you again soon!!  I'd love any feedback that you feel like givin' me!!
